Antibex Software provides three (3) core services to ensure that product implementation closely mirrors your primary workflows. We provide on-site consulting services to ensure you realise the greatest product benefit. As part of our implementation process we provide the following services.

Customizations

Antibex Software provides customisation services and will configure Universal Office® for the unique requirements of your environment. Universal Office® is a robust tool that will perform routine tasks such as appointment booking and more complex ones such as tracking patient re-assessments. With our customisation services, the team will conduct a business analysis and map key functions that encompass Reception, Office Management and Healthcare Practice.

Data Migration

For a completely seamless and ‘head-ache' free implementation Antibex Software will import basic patient information, such as patient’s first name, last name, gender, date of birth, telephone numbers, and addresses from your current system into Universal Office®. Our system already supports data transfer from the following software:

  • PMP
  • Copen
  • Clinic Master
  • CareWare
  • InTouch
  • Rehab/Physio +
  • York Med
  • Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Access
  • Please inquire about data transfer from software not listed above

Data transfer from existing applications to Universal Office® is done at no extra charge. Please contact us for details.

On-site Training

Antibex Software will conduct on-site training sessions for your entire office team. With its user-friendly interface your team will quickly learn how to complete their daily duties and tasks with Universal Office®. Most users of the software are able to start running immediately after implementation. A training schedule can be set over three (3) sessions and flexible enough to accommodate your busy office hours.  Please contact us for details.
